The Horatio School District is pleased to announce the selection of Mrs. Stephanie Ratcliff as the next Principal of Horatio High School.
Mrs. Ratcliff brings more than 20 years of experience in public education and a proven record of instructional leadership, student achievement, and school improvement. She currently serves as Principal of Idabel Primary South in Idabel, Oklahoma, where she has led initiatives focused on academic excellence, staff development, and fostering a positive school culture.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Ratcliff has demonstrated a commitment to creating learning environments where students thrive, educators are supported, and families are valued as partners in education. Her leadership experience includes school administration, instructional support, curriculum implementation, grant management, and continuous school improvement planning in K-12 public education.
Mrs. Ratcliff earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, along with a Master of Education and Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. A graduate of Idabel High School, she has devoted her career to serving students and communities throughout southeastern Oklahoma.

"Her experience, passion for student success, and collaborative leadership style make her an outstanding fit for Horatio High School. Mrs. Ratcliff shared that she and her family are excited to become part of the Horatio community and look forward to building meaningful relationships while supporting the continued success of Horatio High School.
