Clearly mark the envelope “Sealed Bid—Surplus Vehicle” and identify the vehicle being bid on. Include the bidder’s name, address, telephone number, and bid amount for each vehicle. Bids may be submitted for either or both vehicles, with a separate amount listed for each.
Late bids will not be considered. Horatio Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Successful bidders will be responsible for payment and removal of the purchased vehicles as arranged with the district.
